The assistant plays a key role in ensuring your wedding film runs smoothly and is captured from every angle. Their responsibilities include:

Drone Operation – Managing aerial shots when the main videographer is focused on filming on the ground.

Second Camera Support – Capturing additional angles to ensure nothing is missed during key moments.

Microphone Setup & Monitoring – Assisting with the setup of wireless microphones for clear audio during the ceremony and speeches, and monitoring sound throughout the day.

Backup & Data Management – Performing quick media backups during the day to ensure no footage is lost.

Gear Handling – Managing batteries, memory cards, and assisting with technical transitions so the videographer can switch setups quickly and stay focused on filming.
